Return Policy for Dkhoon Emirates:
Products purchased through the website are not eligible for return at Dkhoon Emirates branches.
The allowed period for product returns is seven days from the date of receiving the order.
Orders paid through Tamara or Tap may have their amount refunded through Yandex.
The return policy does not cover the following products: Dkhoon Emirates samples.
Orders from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not eligible for return.
Gifts must be returned with the order for a refund and must be in their original condition for the request to be accepted.
